Today I will show you the result of this KAL² with Kristen & Konrad.
We have both knitted Trinity a design by Lisa Richardson from the Rowan Pure Linen Collection.
Here are again the changes I wanted to make.
- First I knitted the garment not with the recommended 4,5mm needles, I used 3mm needles to get a tighter tension.
- I recalculated the neckline to make it closer and skipped the side shaping.
- I added stripes on front and back.
- I only knitted short sleeves.
I already mentioned in my last post, that I really love Rowan Pure Linen. This yarn is really versatile. You can knit it with the recommended needle size and it will knit up to a relaxed looking garment or you may knit it with a tighter tension, as I did, and it will be cool and smooth next to your skin. A perfect yarn for years to come.
But lets now have a look at my finish Trinity.
Don’ miss to jump over to Kristen and see her Trinity.
Have a relaxed summertime!
Very cool! A wonderful transformation! I can see some of my menfolk in this!
Amazing Konrad! Inspired by Trinity…but totally original! Love the stripes detail! Great job you two! 🙂
It fits to a Tee..nice stripes detail, summery colours, this is indeed a lovely knit for the warm season. Well done!
Great work! I love the stripes detail, too!
Konrad — this is THE coolest knitted men’s t-shirt I have ever seen. I am not exaggerating just because you are my friend — you are totally rocking this amazing design!! Bravo! And I’m really happy to see the Pure Linen knitted tight, it looks great. I have my *very* open lacework Palm Cove on right now and it’s a joy to wear. I love yarns that are this versatile, like Kid Classic, you can knit it at so many gauges!
